Terms and Conditions

YOUR RIGHTS

  1. You may cancel a contract with us at any time providing we have received at least 24 hours’ notice before the date the meal(s) is booked for. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the meal in accordance with our refunds policy.
  2. To cancel a contract, you must inform us by telephone, in writing, or by email before the time period specified above. All cancellations must be either received by telephone, by post to St John the Baptist Primary School at Hawthorn Bank, Spalding, Lincolnshire, PE11 1JQ or by email to hotmeals@st-john.lincs.sch.uk
  3. If you have failed to cancel the contract within the specified time period you will be liable for the full costs of the meal(s) ordered, including any applicable VAT.
  4. We do not offer refunds for meal(s) cancelled after the 24 hour period specified above has expired.
  5. These provisions do not affect your statutory rights.

OUR REFUNDS POLICY

  1. When you do not accept our meal(s):
    • because you have cancelled the contract between us before the 24 hour notification period, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the meal(s) in full.
    • If you are not satisfied with the quality of our meal(s) for any reason, we will discuss the reason for any dissatisfaction with you and if it is agreed that the goods are not of satisfactory quality, then we will either replace the meal (s) at a time mutually convenient to you, or offer you a refund of the meal(s) price.
  2. We will usually refund any money owed to you by credit or debit card refund.
